internal hard drive is not mounted after installing ubuntu 18.04

Asked by Arnold

i want to install ubuntu 18.04 on my acer es1-132-c7kk. My first OS is win10. I use rufus 2.18 to create live USB with partition scheme and target system type GPT UEFI. When installing, i choose "something else" cause i want to delete my win10 partition and create new partition for ubuntu.

/dev/sda1 efi
/dev/sda2 ext4 /
/dev/sda3 ext4 /home
/dev/sda4 swap

There is no problem when installing process. But after installed and rebooted, "No Bootable Device" shown up. I've check with live usb, my internal hard drive isn't mounted and mount button on gparted is greyed out. I already set auto mount and reboot but still "No Bootable Device".

What should i do to install this ubuntu on my laptop correctly ? does my laptop only support windows ?
