download sorce

Asked by Rick Miller

Evening:

I recently used a download site that was excellent; had everything I wanted. I wrote the site down, but have misplaced the the paper I wrote it on. I've tried apk.org, apt.org yet none came up as the site I wanted. Anyone happen to know the site I'm seeking?
THX:

Rick

If you downloaded something from the Web using wget then the command will be in your bash history

If you used a Web browser then check the history of Web pages you visited

Hey Andrew:

   Yea...been there/done that! Problem being, when I can't use a "live"O.S,
I'm forced to accept the institutions equiptment and after each 'session"
all D/l's, aps, programs, settings...etc. are "wiped" and rebooting to
default standards...i.e, no persistence. THANX
