cant use key shortcuts for compizconfig-settings-manager in Ubuntu 18.04

Im a visually impared user. I have given up on finding the report bug option and hope someone will report this for me.

I just installed Ubuntu 18.04 beta2 and installed compizconfig-settings-manager compiz-plugins

then i enabled negative and set keyshortcuts, but it dosent work. I tried to reboot (This worked in 16.04) but as this is the new LTS im working on getting into the new stable Ubuntu.
Im not interested in workarounds, but getting this bug fixed as fast as possible!

I suggest you report a bug. Bionic is not ready and not stable
