Note Xubuntu 18.04

1 - When reinstall Xubuntu it's displayed Ubuntu and not Xubuntu, it's not coherent.

2 - LibreOffice does not complete: Impress Draw and Base are missing.

3 - That version 18.04 does not a minimal installer same Ubuntu and its other derivatives.

4 - There is calculator from Gnome but there is not a calculator xfce (same for PDF viewer image viewer etc ..)

The installer you have is for Mint. Mint is not supported here or in any of the support forums for Ubuntu

None of the "Ubuntu based" distributions are supported by the Ubuntu community or Canonical.
