What WiFi chip does it use please?
Have you used a wired connection to get fully updated?

pls check all info of that laptop- https://support.hp.com/id-en/document/c05789846

Yes, I can use wired connection but i need wifi to work into my Ubuntu Desktop in any wifi zone

Use a wired connection and get fully updated. Then reboot and run:

sudo lshw -C network; sudo rfkill list; lsb_release -a; uname -a

What is the output please?

I assume that you have the same device as the one discussed in https://askubuntu.com/questions/827795/how-do-i-get-an-intel-wireless-3168-802-11ac-wireless-card-to-work

The solution suggested there was an upgrade to a higher version of the kernel packages and eventually the firmware package(s)

Can you help with this problem?
