Installing 16.04, am unsure which directive to choose from boot.

Installing Ubuntu 16.04 from DVD. When boot comes up, I have 3 alternatives, F1 BIOS setup utility, 2 F12 choose temporary startup device. 3 Ctrl-Pto enter the Management Engine Setup screen. Which one do I choose? My guess would be F12, but am not sure.

OK, I started with a trial run.
First off I wanted the English version but needed a Swedish keyboard. How
do I manage that? There was not even Swedish listed in the list of possible
keyboards!
