/var/crash own by root

hi,
i'm actually testing Jaunty-i386 build from scrath on his own partition, and some crashes happend.
Looking in /var/crash, i can send report bug with apport; the problem is when some crashes are owned by root: how to report these crashes with apport ?

Call apport with admin rights:
sudo /usr/share/apport/apport-gtk -c <crashfile>
