Testing Xubuntu 18.04: SGT Puzzles Collection is english on none English install

I'm testing Xubuntu 18.04. I've set up this installation to be Dutch; I notice however that the SGT Puzzles Collection is (still?) in English.

Is that something I should report as a bug against Xubuntu 18.04? Or perhaps SGT Puzzles Collection? Or is this not something to be reported as a bug at all?
