We need the Terminal output itself, not your interpretation of the output...

I can't copy the error message but it says : "
I try to do the "part upgrade" but it don't beginn.

Why can't you copy the output?
Please do these commands in a terminal window (to be opened by simultaneously pressing ctrl-alt-t)
In the menu of the terminal window there are entries "edit - select all" and "edit - copy" (or their French equivalent).
Please try again with the commands
uname -a
lsb_release -crid
LANG=C sudo apt-get update
LANG=C sudo apt-get upgrade
LANG=C apt list --upgradable

There is a configuration error in the settings for the package management system.
You still have a reference to Ubuntu 14.10 which is not supported any more.
Please provide the output that you receive for the command
cat -n /etc/apt/

I see two issues:
1. You have the repository artful-proposed enabled. The *-proposed repositories are used during testing, and the software there has in some cases turned out not behave as expected. (This is why there is a testing period before general roll-out.) If you are not involved in the testing of new packages, you should disable this repositors.
See also https:/
2. You have two lines in your configuration file that refer to an older Ubuntu release (utopic instead of artful). It seems that this issue has already existed for a longer period.
My suggestion:
open a terminal window and issue the command
sudo gedit /etc/apt/
This will ask for your password as confirmation for an administrative action and then open an editor with the sources.list configuration file loaded.
Scroll down to he very end and put a comment indication ('#') at the beginning of the line that contains the word artful-proposed (line 52)
In the two preceding lines replace the word 'utopic' by 'artful'.
Save the file and close the editor.
Finally re-run the commands
sudo apt update
apt list --upgradable
and copy/paste the output into this question document.

Sorry, my fault. I forgot to add a command that is necessary when doing this in a wayland session (which is the default in Ubuntu 17.10 and later).
Try again with the commands:
xhost +si:localuser:root
sudo gedit /etc/apt/
The do the modifications as instructed before, save the file and close the editor.
and then issue the commands
xhost -si:localuser:root
sudo apt update
apt list --upgradable
and finally copy/paste the output into this question document.
