Computer continuously freeze in short period of time

I was developing an mobile app with Oracle Virtualbox open, then I was away from keyboard for a while. When I came back and started moving my mouse, the computer froze because of high cpu load then after like 3 seconds I could use my mouse, but then 3 seconds later it froze again and it created a loop of frozen so I had to hard reboot.

I just switched to Ubuntu recently and I'm not a system expert so I don't really know what happen. I try to look at syslog and got these (This should be what happened at that time). Only occur after I just upgraded to new kernel 4.13.0-31 this afternoon
