Miro in Jaunty

Hello,
selecting saved movie in Miro ..... action momentarily starts with no sound and a little bit later picture darkens as if in sleep picture mode. it is an improvement since before.

That happens from ubuntu 8.10 and up i dont know why to be honest...

Well I'm going to be investigating the matter soon and my friend is also having trouble with the 8.10 distrobution ill be help to help in anyway i can.

In the options, try changing from gstreamer to xine and restart miro.
It worked for me.

Hello Remi,
my problem is solved in the sense that I have Miro working perfect.........in Intrepid. The reason being i messed up with changing passwords and couldnt get back in so I used a hardy heron Cd and then downloaded Intrepid from Udate etc.I will wait patiently with Gods help for the full release of jaunty on the 23rd April!?
