Internal error Ubuntu 16.04LTS

Good afternoon,
Already second time in two days I get internal error in 16.04LTS. Launcher is flickering and menu is disappearing. Cannot shut down properly. Already re-installed 16.04LTS but problem back again. Is 16.04LTS not stable, getting fed up with this.

Re-installed 16.04.03LTS.
After restart immediately crash - internal error - seems to be "compiz"

consegui rastrear e cheguei a ultima atulização do ubuntu 16.04 lts que o unity fica instavel e apresenta o erro acima /usr/bin/compiz

todas as telas fecham a tela pisca e apresenta o erro acima

os pacotes são
distro-info-data 0.28ubuntu0.7
libc-dev-bin 2.23-0ubuntu10
libc6-dbg 2.23-0ubuntu10
libc6-dev 2.23-0ubuntu10

como faço para instalar os pacotes separados e fazer detectando o pacote com problema voltar ao anterior ?

como faço para adicionar uma imagem do erro ?

consegue postar um video no link acima

precisando de mais informações só postar aqui que copio e colo já que nao funciona a opções de anexar imagens ou videos
