Ralink RT5390R, week wifi.

The wifi signal is quite weak. The drive in use is the rt2800pci. The signal is normal on Windows. I already tested it on another Linux distribution and the result is the same. Using Lubuntu 16.04.3.

Is the signal now better? If so we can make the setting stick
