Install alongside option missing in installer

When installing Lubuntu Next, the option to install it alongside the currently installed system is missing. I am only given the option to completely overwrite the currently installed system, or manually partition.

Is there a reason that I'm not seeing this option?

Make sure your NTFS partition is healthy using Windows chkdsk (I assume Windows dual boot).
If you are using 18.04 to install then I suggest you report a bug. Bionic is not ready and not stable.
