i have problem with finding engeenering softwares.

i cant find apps like keil uvision or cube str and ise xillinx for linux
and i need them.

Ubuntu has many IDEs that are native to the OS. Try a few.

I would not run ISE Design Suite, even if it runs.

According to this guide

the software has not been updated since 2013...

So I would not even try it.

What if a hacker finds bugs in the period 2013 to 2017? No patches, no updates.

4 years without new development means the project is dead (in Linux terms...)

Regarding Keil µVision: Please read this:

They clearly state that Keil does not support Linux....

That support webpage has not been updated since 2004.....
