Whoopsie generates DuplicateBug link that's not accessible?

So I got that "Ubuntu has encountered problem error" message.
Show details had this url in Duplicate section:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1726654
Can't access it, why ?
Also clicking Continue didn't redirect to launchpad.
