ubunt17.10 can not use dvd-rw

ubuntu17.10 can not dvd-rw format and isofile can not write dvd-rw. ubuntu has tool ,but it is not good. I use windows10. but only
ubuntu user is what do it. When anyone need dvd .

when ubuntu has trouble, user re-install ubuntu. It will time that is use ubuntu dvd, Therefore ubuntu user has dvd for re-install.
