computer says firmware bug: please update microcode , How

I have a Cooler Master box with an Asus Motherboard. I can't seem communicate with Asus so I can not do what was suggested in the dialog box. It said I should update my microcode to : X22 (or Later). How can I do this? The dialog box also said I had a firmware bug: tsc_Dead line do to erratr:. I'm fairly new using linux and I could sure use and appreciate any help with this that would help a new member of your community. Thank you in advance for your attention.

What you see might be caused by Bug #1724612 (should already be corrected in newer versions of the kernel) or similar bugs.
Albeit showing this error, does the system work as expected?
What is the output of the commands (to be executed in a terminal window)

uname -a
lsb_release -crid
