making a CD from mp3 files

Hello,

I have Ubuntu 16.04.

I am trying to make a CD from some mp3 files I have.

I have been trying to use Basero.

I keep gettting error messages, "cannot mount CD-R location already mounted.

I don't know how to get past this.

I have tried using other programs like XBurn and Simpleburn that come in the software center
but they don't work either.

Is there a way to fix this?

Do I need to use a DVD instead of a CD maybe?

Any help would be appreciated.
