can Ubuntu 14.10 use EVGA 512MB DDR2 AGP8X ?

Asked by E. D. Yoes, Jr

NVIDIA GeForce 6200 offers higher quality video engine for DVI, VGA and TV-Out. Our Dell 4600 has 2.0 GiB memory, Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80GHz for 32 bit OS. Can all these features co-exist? Is there a real advantage?

Sure. Having dedicated video hardware makes the desktop experience smoother.
You'll probably be using the open source driver for the Nvidia chip but ultimately it will be fine.
