I downloaded skype debi package but it wont open with pkg installer. it sayd corrupt file or no permission i will try to download it again but i think the same will happen. can anyone help?

it says the package might be corrupt or you are not allowed to open the file. check the permissions file.

I recommend you use the Medibuntu repositories to install Skype.
