will it mean re installing Virtual Box when adding 17.10

Asked by Lynne Stevens

I just got everything working in 17.04 a few days ago . . Took a week of playing and mumbling words at the laptop . . Found a GDebi add on which makes the Software Center work a lot better and I just got Virtual Box running right with Both Windows running 7-1 and 8-1 with Sketch Up installed . . What is all the blinking stuff with 17.04 I told Unity Tweak Tools to stop all animations . .Still getting the flashing stuff going on now and then

17.04 64 bit It s why I ask about updating . . Oh yeah it does not remember where things go to and will just pile things on top of each other . . Why ? 15.10 remembered where the System Monitor gores ad where the Fire wall goes plus where the e-mail is to be on the screen . .
