help trying to install a Software.

Good evening Team, Im new to the Ubuntu family and Im really happy to be here; I have a few days trying to install a software (thinkorswim_installer.sh) and I fallow everything and Im getting and error:No protocol specified
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class sun.awt.X11GraphicsEnvironment

lsb_release -a; uname -a; java -version
