Expressvpn does not work in ubuntu 17.10, why?

I have been using Expressvpn in Ubuntu 16.04 for a year and it works flawlesly. Now install it in Ubuntu 17.10 and here it doesn't work. I can install, but it does not run. When in terminal, it goes to 62.5 % and then back to 0% in a loop. It works in Ubuntu Mate 17.10.

Artful is not ready and not stable. It works in Xenial (Ubuntu 16.04) because Xenial is stable and mature.
