Ubuntu 17.10 vanilla Gnome gone?

Asked by Maraschin

I've installed Ubuntu 17.10 and then run apt-get install ubuntu-gnome-desktop to get the vanilla Gnome (sorry guys, I do not like the changes imposed by Ubuntu).

On 2017-09-28, after running dist-upgrade, several packages from the vanilla Gnome were removed, including wallpapers. Are you guys going to provide any easy way to have the vanilla Gnome?

I suggest you report a bug. Sounds like a dependency issue
