bluetooth padlock icon permanent, pairing issues 14.04

Hi,
It is allways been quite difficult to pair some bluetooth devices, phone or speakers. But maybe after some system update it got almost impossible.
One of the issues is that the pair lock (padlock) icon is allways there, even if i disconnect bluetooth....
The other is that it may detect desired device, but trying to pair it will fail, and retrying will ask to put a PIN number in the device, which is not possible in a speaker :(.
Hope it is a common issue, didnt find something on this,
