Ubuntu studio 16.04.3 does not work with usb sound card line 6 guitar port

When the system is turned on, the dell inspiron n5110 with Ubuntu 16.04.3 does not work usb sound card line 6 guitar port. There is absolutely no sound. Several occasional physical plugging / sticking of the usb plug (on all ports such) helps. One stick / poke can be small, the sound appears, but in addition to it there is still a squeak or crack in the rhythm of the music, it is exactly 2-5 times to reconnect the card. I result different settings.

In the volume control, as you can see, it is shown that the music is playing. https://ibb.co/b35hR5 https://ibb.co/nC4bm5 https://ibb.co/kyo2R5

In alsamsekser too, the card is visible. https://ibb.co/iBAP65

And here is log with errors from /var/log/syslog

If you reboot and then run:

sudo modprobe -r snd_hda_intel snd_hda_intel snd_usb_line6
sudo modprobe snd_hda_intel snd_hda_intel snd_usb_line6

Does the device start working without plugging out and in?

No sound.

First command:
lexaaladdin@n5110:~$ sudo modprobe -r snd_hda_intel snd_hda_intel snd_usb_line6
modprobe: FATAL: Module snd_hda_intel is in use.
lexaaladdin@n5110:~$

Second command:
lexaaladdin@n5110:~$ sudo modprobe snd_hda_intel snd_hda_intel snd_usb_line6
lexaaladdin@n5110:~$

And nothing happens, until replug.

I tried Linux Cent OS and there the same problem.

But with your command it seems to me that only one reconnect is enough.
