how to choose about choice for mail server options

during the mail server setup with ubuntu server CD, we have choice

like 1) local
      2) internet site
      3) bla bla
      4) bla bla

     such that. if we wrongly chose and wanna see that choices again, how can I do??

i dont wanna know about postfix or exim4 or anything.

i just wanna know how to choose options and how to take them back in the
command prompt

If you are setting up a mailserver then select one of the options there otherwise no.... simple isnt it...
