ubuntu not supporting in my laptop

my laptop acer aspire e15 is not supporting ubuntu it and i am using window 10 os . after installing ubuntu and restarting ,it opens again window.it does not show any option for choosing any option for opening window or ubuntu it directly opens window 10

when i buy my system the os is already installed their so, i never need to install the os

firstly i download it from the ubuntu website after that i copied it into bootable pendrive and then i install it through the pendrive

when installation is completed then i reboot it and it shiw error
