I am using wine on ubuntu 14.04 LTS, when I want run an application on the wine displays this message (An error accrued when attempting to get a handle on \\.\ E:\.
Error 5: Access denied. )

how to solve it

If your application is installed in windows then you cannot run it in WINE under Linux. It doesn't work like that.

yes the application is compatible with windows 7 & Mac, is also installed on wine but when opens it displays this message!

Did you check the WINE AppDb for compatibility?
