The simply scan application only has the options to either scan just the front of the page or both front and back. It could also have had an option to scan both sides but skip blank sides if any on its own.

Asked by Matiul Islam

Because mostly we scan a mix of pages having only one side printed and both sides printed, after scanning a batch using 'Simply Scan' Application, I have to manually delete blank pages before saving the final pdf and it becomes an extremely boring and tedious thing to do in case the batch has a large number of pages.

The windows application for the cannon scanner that I use in my office has the option to skip blank pages on its own and is a real life-saver. If only a similar feature could be incorporated in the Simply Scan application, life would become so much more easier.
