How to permanetly change First Day Of Week KDE Plasma Digital Clock Widget

Asked by Jorma Hytonen on 2017-08-04

Why FirstDayOfWeek is not the KDE Plasma Digital Clock Widget (Calendar) parameter?
And Yes! There are some peoples using KUbuntu outside USA too!

My system:
- KUbuntu 16.04
- KDE Plasma 5.8.7
- KDE Framework: 5.36.0
- Qt: 5.6.1
- Timezone: Europe/Helsinki
- LC_TIME="fi_FI.UTF-8"
- LC_ALL="fi_FI.UTF-8"

So, as God says, we have Sunday as Last Day Of Week and Monday as First Day Of Week!

Always after any Kubuntu (KDE, Qt) updates I must again manually edit the MonthView.qml file:

Calendar {
    id: calendarBackend

    days: 7
    weeks: 6
    /* firstDayOfWeek: Qt.locale().firstDayOfWeek
     * Modify by JoH, 4.8.2017 again and again !!
     * Set firstDayOfWeek manualy as Monday
     */
    firstDayOfWeek: 1
    today: root.today

    Component.onCompleted: {
        daysModel.setPluginsManager(EventPluginsManager);
    }

    onYearChanged: {
        updateYearOverview()
        updateDecadeOverview()
    }
}

Why this is not a Calendar option?
