bootmng is missing cant install new windows 7

cant install windows 7. it starts then stops when i reboot it says missing boot mgr.have tried every thing on line that i could find to make this work.i workad from cmd line i usded these prompts bootrec/rebuildbcd bootrec/fixmbr bootrec/fixboot .
