I have restored BIOS to default and now ubuntu 12.04 is not opening in GUI

The software repository no longer exists to restore such a system.

Boot up a liveDVD(USB) and backup your data . Then decide if you will do a clean fresh install of a current release or take the EOL upgrade option.
