Go to Ubuntu.com where you will find a link to the shipper
Provide name and address and the current version (8.10) of Ubuntu will be shipped and arrive in about 6 to 10 weeks. at no charge.

You might however wait until sometime in April when version 9.04 will be released and available.
 Version numbers are by year and month i.e April 2009, a new version every 6 months.
