There are two different issues shown in the output.

1. N: Ignoring file '20auto-upgrades.ucf-dist' is just a minor remark and does not hinder the package management system.
You can cure it with the command
sudo rm /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/20auto-upgrades.ucf-dist

2. The real problem is
libreoffice: Depends: libreoffice-core (= 1:5.1.6~rc2-0ubuntu1~xenial2) but 1:5.3.4-0ubuntu0.16.04.1~lo0.1 is to be installed

Your are using different versions of the libreoffice programs from two different PPAs (or from the standard repository and a PPA), and these versions are conflicting with each other.
You have to decide on one source for the libreoffice packages.

The command
apt-cache policy libreoffice libreoffice-base libreoffice-core
maybe shows some additional information about the different PPAs.

It seems that you have already removed ppa:libreoffice/libreoffice-5-3 from your list of repositories.
Now you have to do a similar action as before: "uninstall completely LO"
You have to uninstall ALL libreoffice-related packages.

What is the output of the command

dpkg -l | grep 16.04.1~lo0.1

Not sure this output should be done before or after uninstall LO, for now I send it before.
Your suggestion from where and how to reinstall LO for Ubuntu 16.04 and one that Base works
properly.
Thank you very much for your help the other forums couldn’t help.

Your last output lists all packages that have been in stalled from the ppa:libreoffice/libreoffice-5-3 PPA. If you want to install libreoffice in a different version or from a different source, you have to uninstall all these.

I do not know what the root cause of your problem with libreoffice-base is. So I do not know which version you have to install to get a working solution. Maybe you can use the libreoffice support pages https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/community-support/ to get recommendations what to do.
