Where is Ubuntu SourceCode?

How to download ubuntu entire source code.
I am a university student and when i study in linux(redhat) i see that beside of it there is one (or to) CD that store linux source code. Can i download the ubuntu source code.

what is programming language that ubuntu wrote with it, is it c or c++?

Its written in a few diffrent languages c, python etc.

Thanks a lot friends.
I surf more in the ubuntu site and learn a bit about jigdo (when i see .jigdo file in the above link) and only know that is for downloading iso image.
But how it work and where is it's program(from where i can download it)?
