No dropbox app indicator icon

Did the following steps:

Installed and updated Ubuntu 17.10 to latest update.
Installed Dropbox from Software Store
Ran Dropbox and successfully logged into account.

What I discovered was the following:

No indicator app icon
No way to configure Dropbox
All files synced to laptop (I normally choose Selective Sync)

I did notice there isn't a panel in the lower left corner like most GNOME distros, could this be the problem? Could it be that Dropbox is looking to put an icon where there isn't a space to put one?

I suggest you report a bug. Artful is not ready and not stable yet.
