I dint understand renaming the libreoffice folder ~/.config sorry please explain.
If open a database file from is Folder, Base opens with proper file but with Forms highlighted,
Clicking on Tables and Base shuts down have to restart Base going in circles.

Open nautilus and show hidden folders, go into the ".config" folder, or you can run the below in the terminal:

nautilus ~/.config

You will then see the "libreoffice" folder and can now rename it. What you rename it to is up to you, just remember what it was before. You can also use the below command to do the whole thing:

mv ~/.config/libreoffice ~/.config/libreoffice_old

and restart Ubuntu tried Base again but no change.

Try the following:

Open a terminal window and execute the command
lobase

This should start LibreOffice Base. Try to create a new database as before, etc. until you get the same close down problem.
What output do you get in the terminal window? Any error messages?

Create a new Database then Save after saving Document recovery screen come up
with a file name that was open on LibreOffice Writer, looking into Terminal and only
had the three first lines, Click on Start Recovery and then Finish and it close down
and Terminal output above.

gedit ~/.config/libreoffice/4/user/extensions/bundled/lastsynchronized

and replace the 1 inside by a 0 (zero)
