I don't think you require ActiveX flash player, as this is the IE version of the flash plugin. As there is no IE for Linux, there is no ActiveX flash player. Try using the "regular" flash player, install as follows:

sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree

You need to enable the "restricted" repositories in order to install the flash player, s here's how:

Can play online but I have the installed version and when open program it gives the message that I need flashpalyer active x and it does not see it and to download it.
