How to install a Windows Installation Package In Ubuntu 16.04LTS

I have tried and failed to be able to install the Smart Panel App which only available as a Windows Installation Package in Ubuntu 16.04LTS on my HP-EliteBook-6930p.
The support team of the Smart Panel App which is linked with Verto Analytics (https://smartpanel.io/en-US/) have been unable to help me.
None of their installation guides mention the Ubuntu OS.
Obviously the app has been successfully downloaded and installed not just on my Android devices but also on my Windows computers.
Can anyone help me please?

According to https://smartpanel.io/en-US/faq/all:

Which browsers and operating systems does the Smart App support?
Desktops / laptops: Windows: Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, and 10
Phones / Tablets: Android 4.0 – 7.1.1, iOS 7, iOS 8, iOS 9 and iOS 10

Linux (and Ubuntu) is not mentioned. I assume that it is simply not possible to install it on Ubuntu.

Remark: There is a windows emulator available for Ubuntu, called wine. Maybe it is possible to install that app in the wine environment, but I doubt that this will work well.

The application won't collect data about your Linux web browser. It is held separately when ran so will not be able to see your browser activities.
