Download 32 bit iso USB file to Hp xp os?

32 bit USB download on HP XP operating system basking what program I want to open the file? Tried a few of the suggested programs but none work. Asking if I want to copy or save them file but not download

What exactly do want to do?

If you want to create a bootable USB stick to install Ubuntu with it, then you have to save the *.iso file as it is on your hard disk, and then use a specific program to put it on the USB stick in a specific mode.
