Ok, now we change the hcid.conf file, this is what you can do:

$: gksu gedit /etc/bluetooth/hcid.conf

the file will be like this:

    #
    # HCI daemon configuration file.
    #

    # HCId options
    options {
    autoinit yes;
    security user;
    pairing multi;
    #pin_helper /etc/bluetooth/givepin;
    #dbus_pin_helper;
    }

    # Default settings for HCI devices
    device {
    name “%h-%d”;
    class 0×3e0100;
    #pkt_type DH1,DM1,HV1;
    # Inquiry and Page scan
    iscan enable; pscan enable;
    lm accept;
    lp rswitch,hold,sniff,park;
    # Authentication and Encryption (Security Mode 3)
    #auth enable;
    #encrypt enable;
    }

We restart the bluetooth service:

$: sudo /etc/init.d/bluetooth restart

Reset all:

$: sudo hciconfig hci0 reset

and now we scan the device:

$: hcitool scan

Let me know thanks
