I have a ASUS Eee PC running linux. But I want to install UBUTU but can't will you please help me. Thank you.

A special edition of Ubuntu was produced for Eee Pc's

and something else that might be some help is
http://www.array.org/ubuntu/

I recommend trying to get a dual-boot system running as it's sometimes good to be able to go back to the OS that was carefully configured for that specific machine.
