1. Does anyone know the download repository for webmin?

2. Does anyone know of a good web proxy service or even how to make Ubuntu work with MS ISA for internet Access?

Hi Ken.

1. I believe webmin's web site has Ubuntu debs. There is no official repository because webmin is not supported by Debian or Ubuntu.
2. Squid is the defacto standard web proxy server (http://www.squid-cache.org/, in the repos), but there are others such as tinyproxy, ziproxy, etc, etc, depending on what your needs are.

Try http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/webadmin/webmin_1.450_all.deb for the latest version of webmin (direct link to the package).
