sandeep agarwal; Hello;

Tell us please a bit more about the how when and where of the operation.
How did you verify the .iso file?
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/HowToMD5SUM

How did you copy the file as an image ?

what is the host system that you are using to make up the install medium ?
What results when copying the .iso as an image ?
where are you writing the image?
where did you verify the install image ?

it's all in the process

sandeep ; Hummm ..

I do not know anything about rufus. But, next up is the check the liveUSB integrity.
Boot the USB as soon as the bios screen clears press and hold a shift key -> language screen, escape key to accept the default; -> boot options menu -> "check disk for defects".
What does the check reveal ?

gotta be a reason
