You can start by having a look at this:

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/DebuggingSoundProblems

Please pay particular attention to:

1) The settings in your "Volume Control", especially volumes and switches.

2) Collect as much information as you can to allow for a faster and better support (if possible use the automatic data collection script).

I think you have not configured correctly your mixer.
Right click on the speaker icon on the top right corner and choose Open Volume Control.
In Edit->Preferences select all tracks and switches.
Check them all, unmute where applicable.
Some switches (like MIC-IN MODE) seems to switch between some inputs and outputs (don't ask me why) so try changing them (for instance Mic-in mode to 'Center/LFE Output').

You also have an IRQ problem, but thats not affecting the sound card.

Thank you,

I unmuted everything and Skype works correct now, but I dont have Bass from the Subwoofer

In Windows, it works.

What is IRQ?

In your mixer, try switching this switch "Four Channel Mode" off.

Don't worry about IRQ (its something your CPU, the core of your computer, uses to communicate with your peripherals).

Switching "Four Channel Mode" off don't solves the problem

Try the "3D Control - Switch" and all the others. Its just a matter of setting your mixer right.

I think there is a bug in the drivers (no tracks to control center/LFE volume). You may want to issue a bug report here:

https://bugtrack.alsa-project.org/alsa-bug/login_page.php

We have another user with the same chip and very similar problem:
