delete a bug report

Which bugsquad member has the right of delete a bug report (fake bug) ?
Is there a description of the various teams members powers?

We don't really delete bugs. Anyone can mark them as duplicate or something else.

As a fresh addition to the bugsquad you can reject bug reports.

I don't see the way "to reject" a bug report. It's maybe allowed at the Maintainer level.
So I created a bug ! "Trash your bug report" where everybody can direct (duplicate) his fake report to this place.

To make it clear, the name of the box where you have to click is "Affects"

So you click there, and then choose "Rejected" in the Status pull down menu.
