Cd not ejecting

Im trying to eject a cd from the drive.I did everything like right clicking the icon and pressing eject.Please help

I get this error that says cannot unmount volume. an application is preventing the udf volume from being unmounted.

Maybe your cd is still use by some application ....

Try to reboot, when your computer starting reboot, eject it
