The only problem with your version being swedish is that it will often revert back to english as not all the translations are complete. The actual coding and packages and everything is just exactly the same as the English version. I looked in Synaptic Package Manger and in Add/RemoveApplications but couldn't find the package you said. Perhaps a google search?

I think it's worth installing the Medibuntu multimedia add-on package

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Medibuntu

as it may pick-up something in the dependencies or something. Also it's got to be worth going up to the top taskbar and click on

System - Administration - Synaptic Package Manager

and use either search tool to look for "camera" as they both search through descriptions as well as titles.

Good luck and happy hunting from
Tom :)

If you are still having trouble with this then please post it as a new question. Only the most recent questions tend to get looked at so posting/re-posting a question just before america arrives online after work/school gives the best chance of getting a good few answers - such is the nature of the internet.

If the problem has been resolved then please follow the link to the forum thread and mark it as Solved but please give us a clue how you did manage to solve it and also use the button under where you type stuff in rather than giving me karma credit points for just sending this note to you.

Apologies, good luck and many regards from
Tom :)
